Deborah lived in the Paris area for over 2 decades, raising her bilingual children and embracing the French culture. Deborah honed her craft at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, where she studied Cuisine, Pastry, and Oenology. Her talent and bilingual fluency quickly earned her the role of Translator, Interpreter, and Assistant to the school’s top chefs, an experience that gave her an insider’s view of classic French technique at the highest level.

Beyond the kitchens of Le Cordon Bleu, Deborah flourished as a Personal and Private Chef, curating dining experiences and leading culinary and gourmet walking tours throughout Paris and France.

Now based in the Greater Atlanta area, and specifically Lake Oconee, Deborah continues to share her passion for French gastronomy through Private Dining Experiences, Catering, Culinary & Baking Classes, Lectures and more—bringing a taste of France to every table she touches.

This private evening will feature some of my favorite dishes from the trip — watermelon & avocado, tender Chicken Ballantines stuffed with Chorizo, Lemon Basil Sorbet as a palate cleanser, and a light, fresh dessert that perfectly captures the spirit of the Mediterranean summer.
