Cuisine and Baking classes can be held “chez vous” for a minumum of 8 and maximum of 12 at an additional cost. Lunch & dinner menus, French baking classes, and desserts are all available and designed especially for you. Course prices are per person depending on program and menu.

By popular demand, I’m opening the doors for a rare evening French cooking class. We’ll welcome spring with a classic Chicken Fricassée in a delicate white wine cream sauce, served with fragrant Lemon Basmati Rice, then finish with the jewel of the season — a traditional Fraisier layered with vanilla sponge, fresh strawberries, and silky Crème Diplomate. An elegant evening of technique, flavor, and shared table. Join me for a little spring in France.

Discover the delicious secret behind one of France’s most irresistible pastries: how to transform day-old croissants into decadent almond and chocolate fudge delights. In this Saturday morning, hands-on class, limited to just 8 participants, you’ll learn the traditional method step by step. Each student will prepare both styles of croissants and take home their creations — perfect to enjoy with coffee or as a luxurious breakfast the next morning.
